SoCal Defender Centre: Community Partnerships
We proudly support community organziations making a difference in Ventura County. From purchasing K9 pups for the Ventura Police Department to working with the City of Ventura for their Music Under The Stars concert series, we take pride in our community and hope to make it a unique and pleasant place to live.
MEADOWLARK SERVICE LEAGUE
Meadowlark Service League (MSL) is an all woman volunteer organization located in Camarillo, California. MSL works diligently to raise money for their community by hosting three events, including A Taste of Camarillo, Wine Auction Gala and the Charity Luncheon and Tennis/Pickleball Tournament. PAW WORKS
Paw Works was founded in 2014 to make Ventura County "No Kill" for all adoptable animals looking for a new forever home. Paw Works assists abandoned animals from multiple South California counties. Click here to learn more about Paw Works.
MUSIC UNDER THE STARS
Each summer the City of Ventura hosts a concert series at Olivas Adobe Historical Park where you can see your favorites acts right in your backyard! These ticketed events are family friendly with the concert ending by 9:30pm. Click here to learn more about Music Under The Stars.
FUNDRAISING
We are dedicated to donating funds to numerous local schools's sporting events to encourage the children in our community to get out and play!
